Dialogue Script (2 speakers)

Assistant: Hi there. Are you looking for a new phone? Customer: Not really. My phone is fine. I just need a new plan. My old contract ends this month. Assistant: Then a SIM-only plan might be best. How much data do you use? Customer: Quite a lot. About thirty gigabytes a month. I watch videos on the train. Assistant: Okay. We have a forty-gigabyte plan for fifteen dollars a month, or unlimited data for twenty-two. Customer: Is there a minimum contract? Assistant: The forty-gigabyte plan is twelve months. The unlimited one is twenty-four months. Customer: Hmm, two years is a long time. What if I want to cancel early? Assistant: You'd pay the remaining months, I'm afraid. Customer: I see. And I travel to Spain a lot for work. What about roaming? Assistant: Both plans include roaming in Europe at no extra cost, up to twenty gigabytes. Customer: Are there any other charges? Like a setup fee? Assistant: No setup fee. The price is fixed for the whole contract. Customer: Then I'll take the forty-gigabyte plan. Twelve months is enough. Assistant: Great choice. I just need some ID and your bank details to set it up.
