At the Hairdresser: ESL Listening Dialogue (A2)
A A2 English listening dialogue. A customer explains what haircut they want. Use it for listening practice, role play or homework, and generate the audio in a US, UK or Australian accent.
Dialogue Script (2 speakers)
Hairdresser: Hi, take a seat. What would you like today?
Customer: Just a trim, please. Not a big change.
Hairdresser: How much should I cut?
Customer: About two centimetres. And can you cut my fringe a little too?
Hairdresser: Sure. Do you want some layers at the back?
Customer: Yes, a few, but not too many.
Hairdresser: Okay. Shall I wash it first?
Customer: Yes, please.
Hairdresser: All done. What do you think?
Customer: I love it! Can I book another appointment for next month?
Hairdresser: Of course. How about the fifteenth, at ten?
