Asking for Directions: ESL Listening Dialogue (A2)
A A2 English listening dialogue. A tourist asks a local how to get to the train station. Use it for listening practice, role play or homework, and generate the audio in a US, UK or Australian accent.
Dialogue Script (2 speakers)
Tourist: Excuse me, could you help me? I'm looking for the train station.
Local: Sure. It's not far. About ten minutes on foot.
Tourist: Great. Which way?
Local: Go straight on down this street until you get to the traffic lights.
Tourist: The traffic lights, okay.
Local: Then turn left. You'll see a big park on your right.
Tourist: Turn left, park on the right.
Local: Walk past the park, and the station is at the end of the road, opposite a bank.
Tourist: Opposite a bank. Thank you so much!
Local: No problem. Have a good trip!
