Dialogue Script (2 speakers)

Agent: Good afternoon, SkyLine Airways. How can I help you? Traveller: Hi. I need to change my flight, please. Agent: Of course. Can I have your booking reference? Traveller: It's K-L-7-4-Q-R. Agent: Thank you. I can see a flight from London to Toronto on the tenth of June. What would you like to change? Traveller: My conference has moved, so I need to fly three days later. On the thirteenth. Agent: Let me check. <short pause> There's a flight on the thirteenth at eleven twenty in the morning. Traveller: That's great. Is there a fee to change it? Agent: With your ticket type, the change fee is fifty pounds. There's also a fare difference of thirty pounds. Traveller: So eighty pounds in total? Agent: That's right. Would you like to go ahead? Traveller: Yes, please. And can I keep my aisle seat? Agent: I've given you seat twenty-four C, which is an aisle seat. Traveller: Perfect. Agent: I'll send the new confirmation to your email. Anything else? Traveller: No, that's everything. Thanks a lot.
