Frequently Asked Questions
Does Apple Podcasts accept AI-generated podcasts? +
Yes, as long as the show follows Apple's content guidelines. Use a clear title and description, and do not imitate real people.
Why was my show rejected? +
The usual reasons are artwork (not square, under 1400 px, or text that is hard to read), a missing or vague description, or a title stuffed with keywords. Fix it in your ZenMic project settings and resubmit; the feed updates automatically.
Do I need my own cover art? +
Apple accepts the default 3000 px ZenMic cover technically, but shows with their own artwork are much more likely to be approved and found. Custom cover art is part of the paid plans.
How long does Apple review take? +
Usually one to a few days. After approval, new episodes appear without another review.
Is the RSS feed free? +
Yes. Every ZenMic project has its own RSS feed on every plan. It is hosted for you and updates by itself.
