Student: Does it go anywhere else?
Mr. Brandt: Down my left arm, a bit.
Student: On a scale of zero to ten, how bad is it?
Mr. Brandt: A seven. It got worse when I climbed the stairs.
Student: Thank you. So, a pressure-like pain in the centre of your chest since last night, spreading to your left arm, seven out of ten, worse with exertion. Is that right?
Mr. Brandt: Yes, that's it exactly.
