At the Supermarket: ESL Listening Dialogue (A1)
A A1 English listening dialogue. A shopper asks a supermarket assistant where to find things. Use it for listening practice, role play or homework, and generate the audio in a US, UK or Australian accent.
Dialogue Script (2 speakers)
Shopper: Excuse me. Where is the rice?
Assistant: The rice is in aisle four.
Shopper: Aisle four. Thank you. And the milk?
Assistant: The milk is at the back of the shop, next to the eggs.
Shopper: Great. Do you have fresh bread?
Assistant: Yes, we do. The bread is near the door, next to the fruit.
Shopper: Perfect. And where is the checkout?
Assistant: It's over there, on the left.
Shopper: Thank you very much.
