Dialogue Script (2 speakers)

Recruiter: Hi, is that Priya? This is Mark from Brightway Hotels. Is now still a good time? Priya: Yes, hi Mark. Thanks for calling. Recruiter: Great. This is just a short call before the full interview. Can you tell me a bit about your experience? Priya: Sure. I've worked in customer service for three years, first in a shop and now at a call centre. Recruiter: And why are you interested in the guest relations role? Priya: I enjoy helping people face to face. And I'd love to work in hospitality. Recruiter: Can you tell me about a time you handled a difficult customer? Priya: Yes. Last month a customer called very upset because his order was late for the third time. Recruiter: What did you do? Priya: First, I listened and didn't interrupt. That calmed him down. Then I checked the system, found the problem, and arranged a free next-day delivery. Recruiter: Good. And how was the result? Priya: He thanked me, and he's still a customer. Recruiter: Excellent. What's your notice period? Priya: Four weeks. Recruiter: That works for us. We're making a shortlist this week, and I'll email you by Friday. Priya: Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you.
