Dialogue Script (2 Speakers)
s1: Good evening! Welcome to the Grand Hotel. How can I help you?
s2: Good evening. I have a reservation. The name is Martinez.
s1: Let me check that for you. [pauses] Yes, I have a booking for Mr. Martinez. A double room for three nights, checking out on Friday?
s2: That's correct.
s1: Wonderful. Could I ask you to fill in this registration form and show me a form of ID?
s2: Sure. Here's my passport.
s1: Perfect, thank you. Your room is on the fifth floor, room 512. Here are your key cards. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the ground floor from seven to ten each morning.
s2: Great. Is there parking available?
s1: Yes, we have an underground car park. I'll just need your vehicle registration number.
s2: It's BK19 DFT.
s1: Wonderful. The lift is just behind you. I hope you enjoy your stay!
s2: Thank you. Oh, one more question β is the Wi-Fi free?
s1: Yes, completely free. The password is on the card in your room.
